Cancellation Policy
Deposits –
For all appointments over £200 or taking more than 3 hours of a stylist’s diary we will
require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service value for any standard services and
larger services. No appointment is secure until the deposit has been received and we will
only hold such appointments for 24 hours while deposit is being paid.
If an appointment is rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice a deposit may be moved to
accommodate the new date however if its less than 48 hours a new deposit will be required.
Cancellations –
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us with at least 48 hours’ notice
before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result
in a late fee which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late fee –
If you are more than 30 minutes late to an appointment the appointment may be cancelled
and 50% of the service fee charged.
No show –
If you do not show up to an appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No
further appointments will be booked until this is paid.
Large event/ Wedding deposits and cancellations –
Due to the large amount of time booked out and rearranging within the salon that comes
with this type of service a deposit of 50% is required to secure the appointment and final
payment must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
If there is a cancellation this will need to be made 3 weeks prior to the appointment to
receive a refund of deposit. After this time the deposit is non-refundable. Any amendments
or rescheduling requires a notice of 3 weeks and is at the degression of the salon as to if
they can accommodate this.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such cancellation occur on our part
no cancellation fees will be charged, and deposits will be refunded in full.
